Caf Lunches
Restaurant: Kitchener
Nelson @ work: I usually bring my lunch, but occasionally I'm too lazy or forget and have to buy lunch. My caf is subsidized so these meals are usually around $5.50 to $6.50. These include examples such as chicken with herbs, grilled pork chops w/ rice (i like pork), fried chicken w/ mac & cheese, coleslaw and cornbread (fattening), gyro in tacos? (the gyro is prepared in thin slices from frozen, which is pretty nasty when compared to the real thing), roast pork w/ squash, "chinese" food (this was so gross, not sure why I ordered this) and cocunut fish w/ chips and salad. Overall decent meals, sometimes hit or miss, but it's not like there are a lot of options around any way, so I often do eat at the caf.
