Softball Lone Star Celebration

dre and Nelson @ Queen & 410: This year, our softball team got eliminated after the first round of playoffs. So our celebration dinner came earlier than later. I always enjoy a meal at Lone Star and always make the mistake of eating too many free nachos. (Nelson: me too!)

Nelson got what Lone Star is known for - Fajitas! Nelson: I really enjoyed the Buffalo chicken fajitas as the chicken was deep fried and topped with a nice buffalo wing flavour. All the ingredients were nice and went together in the fajita well, although I wished they gave a bit more cheese.

Kitty got the Fajita Enchiladas - Three fresh-baked flour tortillas stuffed with Mesquite-grilled steak or chicken, topped with our own Ranchero sauce and Jack & Cheddar cheese.

Mike got the Chili Jalapeño Fire - Mesquite-grilled chicken topped with a Texas-inspired sauce that has a spicy kick and a touch of sweetness, served with Pepita Mole sauce. The sauce was pretty good, and I always enjoy their tortillas.

I always get the Big Rig Burrito!
