Cousins' Potluck

dre: We had a cousins potluck one summer night. I was in charge of some sort of salad, so I decided to make blackened chicken watermelon salsa. I had it once when a co-worker had made it for a potluck, but he used shrimp. I found the recipe, and changed the shrimp to chicken. I marinated it with a lot of spices, and made the chicken really spicy. I thought it went well with the watermelon to cool down the heat.
Kathy made a huge pot of spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Doug baked some jerk ribs. It doesn't look like much, but they were very tasty.
