Pineapple Smoked Pork Chops

Nelson @ Home: As part of the 1/4 pig I bought, it came with some smoked pork chops. I didn't realize that smoked means that it is practically cooked. Anyway, I made it with pineapples and onions, but was lacking in brown sugar. Pan fried, then baked and it turned out really really well. The sweetness of the pineapple and the saltiness of the pork really go well together. I didn't overcook it and it was moist inside, but the vegetables were just a tad burnt. Very good dish overall though.
