dre @ Bovaird & Torbram: Red flag deals told me that May 31 was Subway Customer Appreciation day. They were giving out free breakfast sandwiches and coffee until 11am. After a nice long swim at the gym, my mom and I went to the nearby subway and got ourselves some sandwiches. You could get the ham and egg sandwich with or without cheese, and obviously I opted for the cheeseless option. Since it was just a piece of ham and egg with no butter, it made it a very healthy sandwich compared to McDonald's or Tim Hortons. I like how you can put the same toppings and sauces as a regular subway sandwich. I put some onions, peppers, and tomatoes and added ketchup to make it not so dry.
