Nelson @ home: My mom is from the Jiangsu province and this "Lion's Head" is a regional specialty. They are pork meatballs (i use corn starch + egg) with ginger, green onion and garlic, which are pan fried. Then they are wrapped and cooked with napa cabbage and boiled. A little time consuming because of the multiple cooking steps, but very rewarding once you start eating it. The cabbage and meatball goes well together and all of it goes really well with rice. Good thing I learned how to cook this!
