Lake Titicaca Trout

dre in Peru: When we got to Lake Titicaca, they specialized in freshwater fish, namely trout or "trucha" in Spanish. I find that every restaurant in Peru seem to go to the same chef school because they all have the same presentation! The grilled fish was delicious, and I felt healthy - although the last fish was extremely salty. What I haven't learned to do is eat the fish skin as well like the locals, but I really really dislike fish skin, so I didn't even try.
