Fish Scales

Nelson @ Home : My parents bought this Korean dried fish product. It looks like a round piece of fish scale, but I don't think it is actually fish scales though. Not knowing how to eat or prepare it, we promptly barbequed it. Probably not the brightest idea. It was too chewy, but if prepared properly it would probably taste ok.
