Nelson: People often ask me if I get bored of my lunch when they find out I make sandwiches everyday. My answer is that it's different all the time! Every week is a different meat/cheese/bread. This day it was a great combination of old cheddar, smoked chicken and raisin bread. I love having the thick layer of lettuce for the crunch and the thick layer of tomato for the taste and tartness. Smoked chicken has that great smokiness to it and the old cheddar really stands out. The raisin bread adds a bit of sweetness. Combined it makes for a great tasting sandwich!
