Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse... Appetizers, Salads and Sides
Nelson & Dre @ Yonge & Eglinton: I have always wanted to try a Brazilian Steakhouse so we tried this one in Toronto based on some good reviews. I was blown away.
I love meat. The servers bring out a huge variety of quality meats on a stick and cut off a charred piece for you on the spot. Once they have cut through to the uncharred meat, they bring it back to get grilled again. Look at that huge list of meats on the card (I'll explain later)! In summary it is meat heaven.
But first, the salad bar. This was also impressive for the sheer variety and quality. It's hard for me to describe everything, but you can tell there is a lot of choice from the pictures. I tried to get a taste of everything that looked interesting but I was saving my stomach for the meats.
They also came out and put some appetizer breads on the table, of which one is cornmeal, the balls were cheese breads (Pão de Queijo) and something battered deep fried. Hard to resist eating this knowing how much good meat is being served. Still really good though.
