Curry Attempt #2 and #3

dre: This time, Mike made both of the curries. On the first attempt, he used the curry paste with some cornstarch, water and coconut milk. It looked good, but again, way too spicy. I had stomach problems after a week of this curry.
For the bottom version, Mike asked his dad how to perfect the curry. His dad suggested adding beef broth and boiling the curry sauce separately. We did that, and although it was a little tastier this time, it still was too spicy for my liking. I added a lot of rice to my curry.
