Nelson @ Victor's: I think Victor loves making ribs, because he seems to do it often when he has guests. He slow cooks them in indirect heat on the BBQ and they are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately this time he burnt them a little, but no complaints. He was hosting a LAN party, so we wolfed it down and kept playing!
