Nelson @ New Westminster, Vancouver: Because we had climbed up Grouse Grind in the afternoon, we were really late in meeting up with Roz and Martin. Sorry!

This is a Malaysian place and we started with an appetizer plate of spring rolls and dumplings, which were very similar to Chinese style ones. We had a large order of fried rice with pineapple, various stewed meats (lamb, beef) and some green beans. The food was well prepared and tasty, and although our hunger may have played a role, I really liked this place!

  • No, a knowledgeable friend brought us here. I've heard that yelp is really popular on the west coast, but it's not as popular here. We link our BiteMe posts to Urbanspoon, which seems to be popular in Toronto, even though Urbanspoon was started in Seattle.
