Mini Pot Pies

dre: I saw this recipe online, about using mini tarts to make chicken pot pie. I didn't use the puff pastry crust, but the small crusts that you would normally eat fruit tarts out of. I bought a pack of 24, toasted them, cooked chicken and vegetables in creamy sauce, filled the tarts up and served! Very easy, very delicious, and very filling for 4 people.
