Simple Taco Night

Nelson @ home: Taco nights are easy and taste good. I have to figure out what spices are used as the beef, so I'm not reliant on the taco kit. Also, I never know what to do with the leftover sour cream. Also notice the chinese veggies, you can't live without them!
