Matt's Homemade Curry

dre: We went to Sarah and Matt's place and they made dinner. Matt's curry is made from scratch - he ground the spices together, also made peanut sauce (left side), and served with chicken. The vegetables had pineapple in them because I once made a comment about not liking fruit in my savoury dishes, so he always tries to put fruit in the food that he makes when he knows I'm going to be eating to prove to me that it is good. He was right with this dish, the pineapples were delicious!
