dre @ Carnival Valor: After a fun day in Grand Cayman, we ate the following -

Tom Ka Gai - chicken soup with coconut and lemongrass. This wasn't bad. Tasted like a typical Thai soup (though not spicy).

One of the parents ordered the Chilled Cream of Peaches and I got a shot of the waiter just pouring the creamy peaches in.

I had the usual pasta - Farfalle with Roast Turkey Breast and Green Peas Tossed in a Cream Sauce. The sauce was really heavy and I don't think I finished the entire plate. I also got a salad, the Wilted Spinach and Portobello Mushrooms Marinated with Low Cal Vinagrette.

Mike wanted to Beef Stroganoff, so I ordered it so that he could get the Center Cut Pork Chop. The stroganoff was really gross and we barely touched it. His pork chop was much better and I ate some of it.

Mike's dad got Assorted Seafood Newburg Style - prawns and scaollops in a lobster sauce served on a saffron pilaf rice. My mom got a Rack of New Zealand Spring Lamb Dijonnaise. I had one and it was juicy.

Dessert made up for my stroganoff as I ordered and ate the whole thing of Bitter and Blanc - Warm Dark and White Chocolate Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce. Others got the Tiramisu and Coconut Cake.

    See, that's why you should always order two main courses! haha

    That seafood dish looks small, but the lamb looks really good.

    The bread pudding looks really good!
